3 life lessons from Jack Canfield

  1. Give up all blaming except yourself...take 100% of responsibility!
    Stop blaming the President, the economy and everything else and take 100% responsibility of your success.

  2. Make a 1001 goals list... of everything that you want to do, people who don't have goals get used by people that do, example you work for someone that do have a goals list.

  3. Set measurable goals...get specific as you can, so that you can measure them...if you are CLEAR about what you want, the HOW will show up!

10 things to change your life today!

Everyone has those times when they don’t feel as though they are loved or appreciated...the funny about these feelings is... they are all assumptions and couldn’t be no further than the truth... so today stop that shit and focus on what you want and you will get it! It seems easier said than done, until you try...shut your eyes and breathe deeply a couple of times and think about all the things that you are grateful for...and meditate on these 10 things, write them down, print them out...recite them everyday at least 2x a day, once when you wake up in the morning and once before you lay down in the evening... and if you really got the illness then you might even need to do some extra credit by doing these things in the afternoon... if you want change, then you can’t continue to the do the same things...that is the definition of insanity!




1. I will get exactly what I am feeling!




2. I will choose my thoughts carefully... I am the masterpiece of my life.




3. My dominate thoughts will be positive at all times




4. I will attract what I want by only thinking about things that make me happy.




5. My thoughts are causing my feelings.




6. I know that happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances.




7. I will treat myself the way I want to be treated by others... I will love and respect myself and everyone around me will love and respect me.




8. I am so grateful for...(fill in the blanks) I Feel the gratitude... I will focus on what I have right now that I am grateful for.




9. I know that when I focus on positive feelings, I will get positive responses from everyone I interact with.




10. I can change my emotions immediately... by thinking of something joyful, or singing a song, or remembering a happy experience.




You have tried it your way and it is not working so now try it my way!!!
